Do I need any equipment to get started?

To begin, all you need is a mat. The class library includes a wide selection of sessions that require no equipment, but it’s recommended to eventually get at least a Pilates ball to get the most out of your sessions.


To explore classes by equipment type, simply use the “Search Equipment” filter in the library. Current equipment options include a ball, dumbbells, ankle weights, a yoga block, and no equipment.

I am pre/postnatal. Can I join?

Yes. You can search for classes labeled as prenatally and postnatally safe. If you are familiar with modifying movements for your own needs, you may also choose to take classes that are not specifically marked as pre/postnatal safe. Can I join if I have injuries?

In most cases, the movements can be supportive during recovery, but every injury is unique. It’s recommended to reach out at contact@sculptbymarleen.com to confirm whether the classes are suitable for your specific situation.
